Potato Love

The Czechs are a proud nation and very proud of their potatoes. I have never heard people talk so passionately about potatoes. In the countryside, it’s very popular to have a potato patch and families come together to plant in early spring and then pick the crop end of the summer. During my time living on a farm, I collected these moments of my neighbour’s passion for their potatoes.
